Multi-formula Pad is collection of super hydrating Korean toner pads, highly-concentrated with low molecular hyaluronic acid, with a watery best-selling formula that delivers a burst of moisture to keep skin plump, supple and smooth.

Each pad is infused with deep and long-lasting hydration by what The Lab calls a 'moisture magnet' - 100% low molecular weight hyaluronic acid. Also supported by an award-winning patented 7-Multi-formula (a blend of seven plant-based extracts: licorice root, centella, knotweed, skullcap, rosemary, green tea, and chamomile), which work together to soothe blemishes and flakiness while also fortifying the skin's healthy barrier and its ability to retain moisture.

If your skin is feeling dry or in need of a hydration boost, these gentle pads feel soft and breathable, with a mild pH of 5.5 which is suitable for all sensitive skin types. This makes them perfect for a quick moisture fix, as mini sheet masks (also known as a Korean 'mini toner pack'), or as a daily hydrating toner.

1. How long are shipping times?

Your products will ship within 24h of your order, and then take up 2-5 days to reach your doorstep.

     2.Can I cancel my order?

Cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancelation. So if you cancel your order but still receive the package, then please go ahead and do one of three things: recycle it, donate it, or enjoy it.

    3.What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund. You won’t be asked to ship the product back to us.

   4.Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.
