The Mamonde Lipid Balance Cleansing Oil Balm comes in a convenient squeeze-pack and features a texture that transforms in 3 steps to effectively remove makeup. It's vegan and hypoallergenic, and its 3-STEP transforming formulation is designed to cleanse, nourish and protect the skin. Step 1 is an oil balm with an elastic and soft texture that clings to the skin when massaged. Step 2 is a mild oil formula that cleanses makeup thoroughly, as well as dirt, sebum and blackheads. The final step is a milk formula which rinses off without tugging, drying or pulling the skin when washed with lukewarm water.

How to use

Gently massage a suitable amount onto dry hands and face with your fingertips, until its texture changes from balm to oil. Then, add a small amount of water to moisten your palms and roll them again to create a milky emulsion. Finally, rinse off with lukewarm water.

1. How long are shipping times?

Your products will ship within 24h of your order, and then take up 2-5 days to reach your doorstep.

     2.Can I cancel my order?

Cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancelation. So if you cancel your order but still receive the package, then please go ahead and do one of three things: recycle it, donate it, or enjoy it.

    3.What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund. You won’t be asked to ship the product back to us.

   4.Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.
