How to use

COSRX Low pH Good Morning Gel Cleanser: After taking an appropriate amount and lathering, gently massage the entire face and rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.

I'm From Rice Toner: After cleansing, use clean hands or a cotton pad to apply product to the face. Gently pat to absorb, and follow up with the rest of the skincare routine.

 COSRX Advanced Snail 96 Mucin Power Essence: Use during the serum or ampoule step of your routine. After cleansing and toning the face, apply a moderate amount to the face with clean hands. Gently pat for absorption, and follow up with the rest of the skincare routine.

1. How long are shipping times?

Your products will ship within 24h of your order, and then take up 2-5 days to reach your doorstep.

     2.Can I cancel my order?

Cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancelation. So if you cancel your order but still receive the package, then please go ahead and do one of three things: recycle it, donate it, or enjoy it.

    3.What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund. You won’t be asked to ship the product back to us.
