What is it?

This serum is formulated with retinol, retinal and bakuchiol which ingredients are perfect for reducing signs of aging and boosting the skin's elasticity without irritating the sensitive skin. The serum can also improve the texture of the skin and minimize dark spots, such as acne scars. 

The serum has a mild formula which is non-sticky and has a moisturizing finish. 

How do I use it?

After cleanser, toner and preferably also essence, apply a moderate amount to the face (at night) and gently pat in to aid absorption. Make sure your skin is completely dry before applying this serum. 

Please note that if you are new to retinol, it is best to build up your tolerance by using it once a week at first and gradually building up. Also, retinol can increase sensitivity to the sun, so always use a sunscreen the morning after using this cream.

1. How long are shipping times?

Your products will ship within 24h of your order, and then take up 2-5 days to reach your doorstep.

     2.Can I cancel my order?

Cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancelation. So if you cancel your order but still receive the package, then please go ahead and do one of three things: recycle it, donate it, or enjoy it.

    3.What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund. You won’t be asked to ship the product back to us.

   4.Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.
